What's included in the Opalife program? 

Phase 1 (12-weeks): This very guided portion of the program that will take you from "no time" for yourself to a woman with a Pilates practice and a love for herself so great that taking care of herself becomes non-negotiable! 

Weekly: 

• Two 30-minute pre-recorded Pilates sessions THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTIME!

• One live Zoom Pilates class where I’ll keep you challenged and help you adapt your workout to your body needs.

• One nutrition challenge to help you drop the diet mindset and learn to bless your body.

• One 10-minute mindset video to quiet those voices that say you don't have time to commit to your wellness. 

• Accountability worksheet because we all need a little help staying on track.

• Access to a private Facebook group so that I can answer all your questions and share with you some extra tips and encouragement!

Monthly:

• Live Zoom Q & A to discuss successes, challenges and tips for getting your new habits to stick. 

• Progress Assessment to help you see how far you have come!
